"Very welcoming, I have a very easily scared dog, as soon as I walked through the door my dog started shaking and cowering, as usual. The staff was very patient and gentle to my dog as not to make the grooming experience worst than it had to be. Tender touch is a very appropriate name for this place. Highly recommended, will return in the future."
